Do you mean that only the first 2 hops show up?

http://www.nessoft.com/kb/29If only 2 samples are being kept in memory, check to make sure your "Maximum samples held in memory" is set to 0 (which means "ALL" samples - don't delete any) in Edit -> Options, General.
