I just recently bought access to the Sidekick thing and for whatever reason it's not actually showing anything for my router data?

I can't imagine this is normal but I don't know if maybe there's something I'm missing for why it's not doing it?

EDIT: Also ever since I added the Sidekick PingPlotter is now showing nearly 50% Packet Loss to my 1st hop/router at all times when it never showed packet loss to the router before.
