I pulled the data into my instance of PingPlotter, and there does seem to be one disconnect starting at hop# 5.
To build a compelling case for your ISP, I would recommend collecting as much data as you can
that exhibits the problem. For instance, run PingPlotter and make a note of when disconnects happen. If remaining on PingPlotter Free, you can use the
File -> Save Image button to save a screenshot of your graph.
Compile the data you have into a document and present it to your ISP.
