averwo Registered: 10/27/24 Posts: 1	I have ping plotter pro. I was not having this issue until after doing a new Win 11 install on the same PC. Now there are random times where all or most of my websites I am monitoring only show the destination and no routes to them. I also have this issue on a PC at work that is running Win 10 Pro. I have a third PC that is not showing this issue. They all all monitoring the same sites. Any ideas? Tyson Registered: 12/07/22 Posts: 36	Hi averwo, Thanks for getting in touch. Usually when this happens it's because the firewall is blocking those intermediate hops as they come through. I'm not sure why this would only happen on two of your PC's and not the third. You might trying resetting the TCP/IP stack to see if that resolves the issue. If not, please submit a ticket from within the app (Help --> Email PingPlotter Support) so that we can take a closer look.
