Hi there,
Thanks for writing in - I'm sorry you're having problems with Fortnite!
The first step towards successful troubleshooting is finding the right target(s) to trace to. We've actually compiled a list of some Fornite servers you can use here:
52.202.165.66 - Virginia, USA
52.84.25.142 - Washington, USA
52.94.4.134 - Ohio, USA
52.94.17.2 - California, USA
52.94.6.20 - Seoul, Republic of Korea
54.85.146.68 - Virginia, USA
https://www.pingplotter.com/wisdom/gaming/fortnite.htmlNext, I would highly recommend looking into our network troubleshooting guide:
https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/getting-started/find-a-target.htmlLastly, if you could send over a few hours of trace data from your Fortnite server, Google, and your router (usually the IP address of the first hop in your traces), I'll gladly take a closer look with you! (If you're using Free edition, then 10 minutes is just fine too.)
You can share the data with us in 1 or 2 ways:
1. Open a single trace window > set your Focus field to All > File > Share > Create Share Page. Your new share page will be opened up with your default browser. Then, copy/paste the URL into your reply.
2. Within a single trace window > File > Export Sample Set > All Data. After the data is saved, reach out to us at support@pingplotter.com and attach the .pp2 data files.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
All the best,
-Austin
