Hey there Donny,
Thanks for reaching out!
If you haven't already, we've got some great online resources that can help you learn how to troubleshoot your network with PingPlotter. Here are a few which should get you started:
-
https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/getting-started -
https://www.pingplotter.com/wisdom/common-network-problems -
https://www.pingplotter.com/wisdom/article/beat-game-lag.htmlIf you'd like to get a second opinion on your PingPlotter results, go ahead and leave PingPlotter tracing for a couple of hours, then click
File -> Share -> Create Share Page, and
paste the URL of your page in your response. We'll be able to download and take a closer look at the data when that comes in!
Lastly, could you also please share with us any particular problems you're experiencing with online gaming (lag, rubberbanding, dropouts, etc)? Have other devices experienced problems with things such as streaming? Are you using WiFi or wired/Ethernet?
Please feel free to reach out with this information and we'd be happy to help
