I've had intermittent trouble with my ISP, and its coincidentally when the temperature gets around freezing and below. I replaced my modem last winter which seemed to help but, I believe it was a red herring. Any insight is appreciated.

Hi dgarcia,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I took a look at the data you shared. Nothing is really standing out as being an issue there. It looks to be only about 5 minutes worth of data though so that's not to say there isn't an issue. You do have some packet loss showing on some of the intermediate hops, but we can ignore that since it isn't showing up at the final destination.

I recommend you keep collecting data until the problem presents itself again. When you do have a problem, check back in PingPlotter to see if there was any packet loss at the last hop (final destination). Follow the Troubleshooting Guide to see if you can figure out what caused it.

Feel free to post more data here if you'd like me to take another look!
