see screen shot, my internet keeps dropping out and i dont know where to look? any help is appreciated. i should add this is spectrum @ 500 mbps speed.

Thanks for posting that screenshot.

It's kind of hard to tell exactly where your issue is just based on the screenshot alone. I bet if you add 8.8.8.8 Google DNS as and your router as Targets it would become pretty obvious.

If both show the red packet loss, then you're looking at an issue with your router, or the route between your machine and the router (Wifi, cables, switches, etc). If just Google DNS shows issues, then it's most likely an ISP issue.

This is great data! You've just got your focus period (blue box) set in a way that doesn't allow us to see where the issue is at.

Change your Focus to Auto using the dropdown at the top right and send over another screenshot.

Did you also do your router? That would be really helpful.
