I have packet loss, my bullets do not go in online games, sometimes I play well in the game, sometimes I play badly, what is the reason for this?

I think I have a PCK problem on the devices on the network side. I AM EXPERIENCED PCK PROBLEM WITH MY ISP Core Router, ISP Router, SSG, BNG, OLT, SPLITTER ONT DEVICES. PACKET LOSS SHOWS IN MY PINGPLOTTER TESTS. HOW CAN I SOLVE PACKET LOSS PROBLEMS IN MY DEVICES IN THESE NETWORK LAYERS?

ACTUALLY, I AM LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER TO HOW WE CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I PLAN TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BY CONSULTING WITH MY GOVERNMENT EDITORS AND HAD MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER INSPECTED. ISP KEEP SAYING THAT IT'S NO PROBLEM. HOW CAN I PROVE THAT I HAVE A PROBLEM AND WHAT EXACTLY IS THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM? FOR EXAMPLE, IF I EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM CAUSED BY DEVICES ON THE NETWORK, WHAT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO SOLVE IT?

Hi,

Looking through the share pages you've provided thus far your connection looks stable, with nothing that would indicate issues while gaming. In further monitoring your connection I suggest reviewing the following articles to get more familiar with PingPlotter:

One Poorly Responding Router
Interpreting Results
Common Network Problems
Beat Game Lag
Fix Your Network
PingPlotter YouTube

If you aren't able to capture results that signify a network issue, I suggest reaching out to an IT professional to further investigate why you're experiencing issues while trying to play games online.

All the best,

How will you explain the packet losses that appear in the second hop, third hop and sixth hop? It says there are 11%, 24% and 93% losses. Now do I have packet loss or not? When I play with my interface ipv4 MTU values, my packet loss in the second hop disappears completely, but this time my packet loss in the third hop and my packet loss in the sixth hop are still not resolved and remain. So I have a problem and it's affecting the game. Now, since I cannot intervene in these devices in the network layers, how can I detect the packet losses occurring in these devices and complain to the relevant business to solve my problem? I say that I have a problem, they call me and say that they will test it. They say, sir, we did the necessary checks, but we did not see any problems. I get up and go to their office, they say yes sir, there is a problem, but we do not accept it as a problem, it is something we ignore, unfortunately we can solve it, but as a business we will not solve it. I need to complain about this institution, but I need proof that I am having a problem. I will even file a lawsuit if necessary, but I need an official document. I don't think the Pingplotter app will be a proof. How can I prove that I am somehow experiencing packet loss? Or if I'm not alive, what is the explanation for why sometimes my bullets go in my games and sometimes they don't? Sometimes the game is smooth and fluid, but sometimes it freezes, it feels like there is lag, it gives me a headache, it makes me feel like my character is having difficulty walking even though I press W. But the opposing team can hit them very quickly and their bullets go smoothly. So where exactly is my problem and how can I make the necessary determination that I have this problem and how can I present my evidence to the court? Please show me how I can prove packet loss or whatever problem I'm experiencing.

@TJM For example, I'm playing GTA Online and I'm caught on camera during a robbery mission, but it doesn't sound at that moment when it should normally beep. Then we continue, after we are done, we have to be quiet when we leave, and for no reason, the alarm starts to go off in a place where there are no cameras, and my name appears on the top left, warning that this player was caught on camera. Dude, there isn't even a camera around, are you kidding? I understand that the camera I was caught on downstairs has now started beeping laugh When we get caught, we have to restart the mission, which wastes a lot of time. Later on mission It says press the e key to open the door, I press E and my character gets stuck. He doesn't walk, he doesn't shoot, he just waits where he is. I understand that the server is still trying to process that I pressed E. If it uses the keycard in my hand to open that door, then I can move. But unfortunately he can't use the keycard. And I stand in the middle of the conflict, unable to do anything. I'm on a mission where I have to drive, I get in the car and press the W button, it doesn't go away, but when I get out and my friend gets in, He press the W button and it goes away. In some missions, I need to drive a helicopter, but the helicopter does not go. What are the reasons for this, then, since I don't have any packet loss? I think there is a problem with the packet exchange between the server and me. I live in Europe, my friends are also in Europe, probably the server is in Europe, or maybe the server owner is my friend since there is an invite lobby. I don't think there will be much ping between me and my friend or the server, but what causes the stuck problems I mentioned, that is, the problems in packet exchange between me and the server? I want to find this and solve it. Don't say there is no problem, because there really is a problem and this stuck problem does not always happen, it only happens sometimes and it bothers me a lot. I want to find what caused this and solve it. Now is this packetloss or not? I am having a Network problem and how can I detect and solve this problem?
