It used to allow users to pick the standard version, but now its forcing everyone to go to the pro version during the 14 day trial period. This impacts my ability to help people troubleshoot since I use the standard edition. Saved samples don't seem to work for me when saved in the pro edition. It wouldn't be so bad if the pro edition wasn't so expensive.

Hey Jibroni

You can change to PingPlotter Standard at any point during your 14 day trial period by navigating to Help > Change Editions. With that said the data collected with PingPlotter Pro should be able to be opened inside Standard. If you’re seeing issues with this, feel free to submit a support request from inside PingPlotter (Help > Email PingPlotter Support) or better yet, if you’re getting an error, submit the error, and we can help take a closer look at what may be going on!
