Do you accept purchase orders/checks/wire transfers?

Question

I'm trying to purchase a license for one of your products, but I only see options to pay with a credit card or PayPal. Do you accept any alternate payment methods?

Solution

Absolutely!

All of our purchase order, wire transfer, and check/money order payments are handled through our payment partner, FastSpring. We've included an order form for each of our products that will allow you to pay via these methods:

Select the product and quantity you'd like to order, then click on the "Buy" button. On the next page, you'll be asked to confirm the quantity and enter your contact information (name, phone number, email address, mailing address). To complete an order using an alternate payment method, simply follow the appropriate instructions listed below:

To pay via Bank Wire Transfer:

  • Under "payment method," choose "Wire Transfer," and then click on the "Next" button
  • On the next page, you'll be able to review your order (as well as choose the name you'd like to appear on your license). If everything seems okay, click on the "Complete Order" button
  • The confirmation page will provide bank transfer instructions (address, bank account info, and everything you should need to send a wire transfer), as well as an invoice for your order
  • Save the instructions on this page (they will be emailed to you as well) and follow them during your wire transfer
  • Make sure you include the order ID number on the wire transfer (it's difficult to tie your order to your payment without this)
  • Also, make sure you pay all of your bank's wire transfer fees! We have received payments in the past where the sender's bank has deducted a fee, so the payment amount received by us was inadequate
  • After you've submitted payment, allow for around 3 business day for processing. If you do not receive your license key(s) via email within 5 business days of sending your wire transfer, please contact us

To pay via Check/Money Order:

  • Under "payment method," choose "Check or Money Order," and then click on the "Next" button
  • On the next page, you'll be able to review your order (as well as choose the name you'd like to appear on your license). If everything seems okay, click on the "Complete Order" button
  • The confirmation page will provide an invoice for your order, which will include information on where to mail your check/money order (this information will be emailed to you as well)
  • Once you've mailed your check/money order payment, please allow for around 5 business days for delivery and processing.

Please note: If you're planning on submitting payment for your P.O. via bank wire transfer, the above information *may* not be the same. FastSpring uses different banks/clearing houses depending on what part of the country you're ordering from (in order to minimize customer fees). Upon selecting the wire transfer option at checkout, you'll be provided with the bank account and address information.

To process a purchase order, simply follow these steps:

  • Under "Payment Method," choose "Purchase Order" (there is a field present to enter a purchase order number, but this is optional)
  • Click on the "Next" button
  • The next page will be a review of your order. If everything seems good, go ahead and click on the "Complete Order" button
  • Once your order is submitted, a member of our team will review and approve the order within 1 business day.
  • Once your order is approved, you'll receive an invoice with instructions on how to submit payment and complete your order.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be complete, and you'll then receive the license key(s) for the product(s) you purchased via email
