Where do I start?

Question

I have PingPlotter installed. Now what do I do? I don't have a clue how to get started.

Solution

The first place you should look is our getting started guide which has an introduction to use, plus hands-on examples and exercises to help you get familiar with the tool. We also have a short video available that goes over how to get started quickly with PingPlotter.

Once you've been through that guide, our tutorial offers additional information, including a number of topics on Interpreting Results (Our Common Network Problems picture lineup is also a great help in interpreting results).
